
Conditioning originates from learned experiences, repeated messaging, and relational environments. These questions identify when, from whom, and how the conditioning formed.
Muscle test the following questions:
1. Timing
- Did this conditioning begin in childhood?
- If No: Did it begin in adolescence or adulthood?
2. Source person
- Did this originate from a primary caregiver?
- If No: From another authority figure?
3. Reinforcement
- Was this formed through repetition over time?
- If No: Through a single impactful experience?
4. Delivery method
- Was this conditioned through words or messaging?
- If No: Through emotional or behavioural experience?
5. Environment
- Did this originate in a home environment?
- If No: In school, work, or community?
6. Emotional charge
- Was strong emotion present during conditioning?
- If No: Was it formed through subtle normalisation?
7. Identity link
- Did this become part of the person’s identity?
- If No: Did it remain a behavioural adaptation?
8. Awareness
- Is the client consciously aware of this conditioning?
- If No: Is it subconscious?
9. Current influence
- Is this conditioning actively influencing decisions now?
- If No: Is it situationally triggered?
10. Release method
- Does this require reprocessing and reframing?
- If No: Does it resolve through awareness alone?
