Begin by asking the client to list three to five issues they are currently experiencing or would like support with. These may relate to any life area.
Once the issues are listed, use muscle testing to determine how they should be addressed.
- Test whether the issues can be worked on together
Ask:
“Can these issues be addressed collectively?” - If the answer is Yes
Proceed with the session by working on the issues as a group. - If the answer is No
Ask:
“Can any of these issues be bundled together?” - If bundling is possible
Use a process of elimination to identify which issues can be grouped and which need to be addressed individually.- Test combinations until the groupings become clear.
- Any issues that do not test as part of a group should be treated as standalone issues.
This step ensures the session follows the most efficient and appropriate order, allowing related issues to be addressed together while ensuring distinct issues receive individual attention.
Practitioner note
Grouping issues often reveals a shared underlying pattern. Addressing them together can create broader and more lasting shifts.
